When booking with The Little Pet Hotel you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions
Vaccinations
It is a recommendation that rabbits are vaccinated, please discuss this with your vet for further information.
Your pet will not mix with any other residents whilst in our care except for their own cage mate should they have one.
Pets health prior to holiday
Animals boarding with us must be in good health and show no signs of pregnancy.
Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to boarding in order for us too make a fair assessment of whether we feel equipped to deal with them, this is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders. We may be able to administer medication for non-contagious, existing medical problems with the pet owners consent and written instruction.
We reserve the right to refuse, to accept your pet if we feel they are showing signs of any non disclosed illness or injury.
If your pet becomes ill while your away
If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay with us, we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately and consult our vet. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will transport him/her there for treatment. You will not be charged for the transportation, but any costs for treatment will be charged in your name and address.
Sadly, small animals can pass away with very little warning and it can be very quick after showing signs of illness. In the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to keep your pet under these circumstances, so they would be taken to our vets where they will await your instructions. Please note that as with medical treatment, any fees charged by our vets are payable in full by you, the owner.
We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying at The Little Pet Hotel. All pets are left entirely at owner’s risk.
Pets in our Care
All homes are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays.
Fresh food, meadow hay, vegetables and water are given daily.
Homes are cleaned daily or as required.
If your pet has any special requirements please let us know so we can make their stay with us as comfortable as possible.
Prices
All prices include wood shavings, fresh meadow hay, fresh vegetables.
Rabbit and Guinea Pigs are provided with one of our indoor or outdoor homes.
Other animals are required to bring their own home, unless prior arrangement is made.

Payment
Please make full payment in cash upon drop off or if you wish to make a bank transfer payment please ensure it has cleared before you arrive.
If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day then you will be charged for any extra days at the current rate.
Cancellations
We take all bookings in good faith, this means that we will hold a place for you, but however if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Liability
We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying at The Little Pet Hotel. All pets are left entirely at owner’s risk.
We accept no liability for any injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
